Introduction for research

Teen preganancy is a huge problem in the U.S., so I decided to research on it. There are not many ways to prevent this problem. Three choices I am going survey people is about birth control, abortion, or adoption. The best and reasonal way to prevent this is using birth control. Just for good advice always use a condom. The reason I think this is a huge problem is becaue getting a abortion is not good. Another thing is I would hate for somebody to give me up for adoption, so I know how a child would feel. By doing this research my goal is to find ways to decrease teen preganancy.

Families throughout the country are appealing to their local Tesco stores not to start giving the morning-after pill free to teenagers. The drug, which can cause an early abortion, is being targeted at girls as young as 13 by the NHS Trust behind the scheme. SPUC has issued a leaflet calling on Tesco to drop the policy after the distribution to teenagers was launched at the in-store pharmacies of Tesco supermarkets in north Somerset. Concerned families are now urging both their local store managers and Tesco's chief executive not to pursue this policy. "The really worrying aspect of this is that teenagers are able to get the morning-after pill, free of charge without their parents or their GP knowing. It's impossible for pharmacists to keep a reliable check on who gets the pill - or how often," said Mrs. Teresa Burbidge from Wallington in Surrey, mother of 3 teenage children.

My reaseach question hasn't held up because at first I wanted to reseach on black on black crime, but I didn't retrieve enough information. I have recently changed my reseach question to how can we stop young teen preganancy. I have found the right kind of information on this topic. I have to catch up a little bit though because I just decided I wanted to change my question. As I have said I am not still reseaching the same question from the beginning. I have learned from the reseach so far what teens cqan use to stop this. Also how many teens have babies these days. I think this reseach project will turn out great when I finish. I like the process because it helps you find more inbformation then what you already have. I am not quite ready to write because I need a little more information. This is how my research has been going.

Primary Resource

The thing I would do for my Primary Resource is a interview with someone who knows or want to stop black on black crime. I think this would be great cause I will have info from someone who know a lot about it.
